Presently, AIESL is approved by the DGCA under the purview of CAR-145 which carries with it nomination and acceptance by the DGCA of additional Managers (Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance and Workshops) who are competent and experienced in the area of their work.
Educational Qualification
Accounts Officer :
- Candidates should be an Inter Chartered Accountant / Inter cost and management Accountant or MBA in Finance. Candidate should have minimum 03 years post qualification experience with an airline.
Accounts Assistant :
- Candidate should be commerce graduate from a recognized university.

AIESL Recruitment 2021 Selection Process
Selection procedure involves personal interview of the candidates who prima facie meets eligibility criteria & Pre Employment Medical Examination. The selected candidate will have to bear the cost of Pre Employment Medical Examination and any additional tests if required.
