FACT Notification 2019 : The Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Ltd., Udyogamandal (FACT) invites applications from candidates for empanelment for engaging as Cook cum Bearer on Fixed Tenure Contract (AD HOC) basis.

The engagement shall be for a term of two years, renewable for a maximum period of 2 spells of one year each depending on requirement and performance.

Educational Qualifications
SSLC with certificate in cooking from a Govt. Food Craft Institute/ Institute recognized by Government.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 35 years as on 01-11-2019 for general candidates. Relaxation in maximum age limit is permissible up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
Experience
5 year’s experience as Cook(Non-veg/Veg) in an Industrial Canteen/Similar establishment. Candidates without required/specific experience will also be considered in the absence of candidates with required/specific experience.
Salary
Candidates offered appointment as above will be paid a consolidated pay of Rs.18,000/- per month and an annual increase of 3%. They will be eligible for Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, shift allowance if posted in shifts, TA & DA for duty travel etc. as per Rules.
