Note
- Candidates should have the relevant qualification on the date of application. The requirement of first class at the degree level is relaxed for SC/ST candidates.
- Candidates should have good communication skills, working knowledge on computers, drafting letters in Malayalam and English.
- Post qualification work experience of the candidate until 30.09.2019 will be considered.
- Upper age limit is further relaxable by 3 years for SC/ST candidates.
Selection Process
The applications will be subjected to a scrutiny based on the details provided by the candidate, and a list of candidates eligible for the written test will be prepared. A shortlist of the candidates who qualify the written test will be prepared, and those candidates will have to appear for a group discussion and an interview. The appointment of candidates will be based on the combined score for written test, group discussion and interview subject to the fulfillment of other eligibility criteria, as per the norms of KSIDC.

Interested candidates, who are willing to travel extensively, may apply via ONLINE mode only by filling the prescribed application form given in the website of KSIDC (www.ksidc.org) or Centre for Management Development (CMD), Thiruvananthapuram (www.cmdkerala.net).
The selected candidates will be liable to be posted at any of the Departments/Divisions (branches of KSIDC) in which the Corporation is interested. The online application submission link will open on 11 December 2019 (10:00 am).
The last date for submitting the online application is 20 December 2019 (5:00 pm).
