Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2021 – Bank of Baroda has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of  IT Officers / Professionals of 52 vacancies.

Educational Qualification:

Quality Assurance Lead (Grade/Scale: MMG/S-III):

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience out of which at least 3 years’ experience in product/project management

Quality Assurance Engineers (Grade/Scale: MMG/S-II):

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in software testing for Scale II

Quality Assurance Engineers (Grade/Scale: JMG/S-I):

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience : Minimum 03 years of experience in software testing for Scale II

Developer (Full Stack Java) (Grade/Scale: MMG/S-III):

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in software development for Scale III

Developer (Full Stack Java) (Grade/Scale: MMG/S-II):

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Developer (Mobile Application Development) (Grade/Scale: MMG/S-III):

UI/UX Designer (MMG/S-III):

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 06 years of experience in UI/UX designer roles for Scale III.

UI/UX Designer (MMG/S-II):

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in UI/UX designer roles for Scale II

Cloud Engineer:

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience in the field of cloud computing.

Application Architect:

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience as Application Architect. Experience as Application Architect in Alternate Delivery Channels (eg: CBS, LOS, LMS etc.) will be preferred. Experience in AGILE Methodology/Core JAVA/LINUX/UNIX Server preferred

Enterprise Architect :

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience : Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience in architecting, designing and managing banking platforms

Technology Architect:

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience in architecting, designing and managing banking platforms

Infrastructure Architect :

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology Candidates with Professional certifications on OS (Unix/Linux), Middleware, Storage, Load Balancer will be preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience in designing and building large IT infrastructure projects

Integration Expert :

  • B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of Technical and IT experience out of which at least 5 years’ experience in integration process of banking platforms.

Bank of Baroda Recruitment Selection Process :
  • The selection process may comprise online test (for Regular positions in JMGS-I, MMGS-II & MMGS-III only), psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion / & Interview of shortlisted candidates.
  • For contractual positions, selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method. However, if the number of eligible applications received is large/less, then Bank reserves the right to change the shortlisting criteria/interview process. Bank may, at its discretion, consider conducting of Multiple Choice/Descriptive / Psychometric Test / Group Discussion/Interviews or any other selection methodologies for different scales.
