IIT Palakkad Notification 2020 : IIT Palakkad invites applications for the post of English language consultant (Contractual). The job role will involve the following responsibilities:
1) Offering training sessions to staff on relevant aspects of Business/Professional English writing.
2) Proofreading student CVs and advising them on the effective use of English in professional writing.
3) Editorial assistance for the institute’s various written materials.
The ideal candidate will have an MA (English) with first class. Some experience with technical writing is desirable.
The appointment will be on contract for a year, with a possibility of extension at the end of the year based on performance. The monthly compensation will follow the guidelines given below..;
